You have a strange opinion how international law works. The funny part is I AM a producer of some celeb content what more then likely is to find in your package. I can DMCA all sites you talk about, but I can't DMCA your stolen goods that you distribute by HD or closed FTP account .

He has been on ignore for 2-3 weeks. How am I arguing with him? Since I am arguing with him daily, feel free to find a thread in the past few weeks where I am doing what you infer. In should be easy.

The law's the law as it stands right now. Both for tubes, and celebrities. The TMZ court case is the most recent example. Perez got himself in trouble because 1.. he ignored DMCA claiming fair use. 2.. he cause economic harm. Because he was releasing stuff before the other company.

IMHO, if you sell/distribute/whatever content you took from another source and for which you don't have any rights, then it's stolen content, it's pretty basic. Now, if it's legal, it's another question. I think that at best it's stolen content but there might be some kind of loophole in the laws which may make the thing not illegal, yet highly unethical. Anyway, I know shit about laws, so I might be completely wrong.

This being said, I don't see the difference between stealing celebrity content and stealing content from Playboy or any adult site
