Juicy adds on sites with stolen content.

Why Juicy is supporting sites that are stealing and sharing for free content from our paysites, like this one: http://g.e-hentai.org/ ?

Because they probably don't manually check sites and has a report system you can use for this

So someone could theoretically place Juicy Ads on sites with illegal content ?

Not good enough, they *should* manually check sites, or at least have comprehensive measures in place to prevent the use of their service by thieves profiting from stolen content.

The reason for piracy forums is often to sell advertising space.

They're just like GFY, they exist because of advertisers. Shows the two faces of this industry. Been saying it for a while.

you can't check every site manually
Once a published get his iFrame Code he can put it where ever he wants to
I would think it's almost impossible to control

So how many sites do you get traffic from and can you give us a list of the top 20. Just a screen shot will do and we can see how easy it is to check.

Checking the top 50 isn't hard, if no piracy sites come up, then forget it. If 20% do carry on, if 50% do your'e funding piracy. I checked a few porn piracy forums and they mostly came up with ads from sites often via brokers.

Easier method is explained below.

It's impossible to check manually every website, selling advertisment to them. But I'm sure if you report or submit abuse, they will react very quickly.
I think ad networks are doing manually checks, but maybe once per month.

I Said it would be hard to manually check EVER SINGLE ONE of them
Not the top 20 or 50 with the highest traffic.

Juicy is just a broker here, why they should be held responsible for what the Site owner is putting on his site? Why don't you go straight to the site owner and/or contact his registrar + hosting company?

Most traffic sites are using a 3rd party ad agency now, you name it... they all fucking do it! Best way to monetize on them...

Some of you guys have way too much free time on your end and waste it to state the obvious

Juicy ads should track which sites loads ads from which account number, automatically using their software.

Then make a list of approved and banned sites, when they review the sites that load their ads.

If a banned site loads up their ad, simply dont show anything to the visitor and flag the account.

Then send an email to the account owner and explain him the policy of the company, via an automatic email.

After 3 strikes within 3 weeks, the account is banned.

Most of this can be automated.

I find it funny that 10 years agi, tgp and mgp sites were manually approving/declining hundreds of galleries per day, but advertising networks cannot monitor shit ... lol

Give me a break. ...

No one is saying check every site. I said check the top 50. Asked for a screen grab of the top 50, I assume the advertisers have this on his stats.

Obviously an ad seller should look at where the traffic is coming from, as someone joins his network of places to display the ads would be a good start. Advertisers should make some effort. Adultking has taken on a huge task, maybe he should widen it to do the job for the ad sellers and buyers.

CM, will you contribute towards that system, will Juicy?

What about affiliates and site owner that submit videos to this "illegal" tubes, and I also guess that 80% of the affiliates here on GFY promote some of Manvins sites.

Whats the different ?

Did I say those sites were right?

So here's the offer. Any ad buyer or seller who wants to check where there traffic is coming from. Contact me on ICQ, give me a list of your top 50 traffic sources from advertising and I will check them for free.

There you are, no excuses, no charge and no work.

Now we will see how many can step up and make sure their top 50 ads sites are clean.

Or we call the truth and say most don't give a flying fuck any more.

Exactly. Anyone with a clue knows this is case. Too many variables otherwise.

Correct. Most respond the same way they would to a DMCA.

Considering the number of companies licensing their content now-a-days, or the white labels, and other forms of authorized use,... an AD company is not going to know all of these variables. Nor should they have too. They are an AD company, not the internet police.

I am sure if they "suspect" something while reviewing a site, they may approach the owner proactively. Or if they receive a DMCA complaint, they will handle it as they should. But to expect them to know what the use of for all content on a site as a third party is a ridiculous expectation.

We send the DMCA's directly to the ad network.

Adxpansion too, there's so many of these theft sites and Ad Networks that support them.

Why would they care?

They are out to make their XX per 1000 impressions or XX per click.

Doesn't matter what kind of website it is, you'd probably be sick if you saw some of the sites that run juicyads.

Replace our name with any other networks' name and the story is the same.

1. We manually review all websites, but due to our growth its impossible to review everything in real-time.

2. Websites change daily. Its impossible for us to review a site and then have it never change.

3. We rely on reports from our anti-piracy partners, and also provide a DMCA form for anyone to report problems. LeRoy from DTI and many others have sent us notifications and we have dealt with them appropriately. We also work with RemoveYourContent and other agencies to ensure that the worst offenders are not being supported.

4. I have received many compliments from anti-piracy agencies we work with about how responsive we are to removal requests, etc. We are told that many of the other networks do not respond or simply don't take any action.

5. Piracy is everywhere, its impossible to remove it all and to ensure that everyone is following the rules. We are a third party service, but as always, try to do our best.

6. Ultimately, if you want your content removed, you need to contact the site owner. We are not the internet police. We also cannot take action on anything that people do not notify us about.

Many times these sites will not comply. The next step is sending DMCA's to the ad network that's supporting them.

Ad networks can easily contact the owner because the publishers contact info is in their data base.

It seems to be working ok for now.
