 Few quick points... Bobbygirls.com - make the images clickable and go somewhere. surfers are accustomed to clicking on images like a TGP or video site. Baileysplayhouse.com - put 3 different images at the bottom. looks very "boring" with the same three. also, give the users a reason to join your site, what will they get, how often will it be updated, can they download to their iphone and jerkoff in a bathroom stall on a train, etc.
