Need help to find one movie (spain or france production)

I think movie is from Spain or France. 99%

Story line is specific, man thinks someone is hiding in his house, he call police, but they don't find anything.

Then later he gets and gun, and somehow shots that intruder in his room, but he did't check who is in the room, he just run away from the house.

Later he goes to one other house, and he is hiding there, because house owner is girl that can't walk so he can hide over the house, and there is secret passage in that house that connects with all other houses in that street, as i can remember...

Looking for months, but nothing pops up
