i saw an interview on tv about a guy who actually fell for one of these scams.. i'd have felt sorry for him if i could have stopped laughing

Really old scam, i get some of that emails everyday, from supossed african countries, eastern europe generals, even from the CIA, :D
A spanish TV used a hidden cam 2 years ago and filmed some guys trying to use that Congo goberment's wife scam, there are stupids ready to be cheated everywhere and the funny thing is that they think they are so smart. It's said even the Eiffel Tower or Statue of Liberty have been sold sometimes. :D

i think this scam has been going on before the Net. I can't believe i still get at least 3 of these a week. Somebody falls for this or they would stop doing it and move on to another idea.
