I'm using their fully hosted solution as "bonus sites" so far I'm happy with it, and members are using it.

You have to watch rogue users that run up the bw when they download the entire library during a trial membership (squelch them asap) but it is popular with our members, and they do update it and there is a ton of variety with a great deal of flexibility. Most importantly, they are easy to work with and professional.

For us, pluses outweigh the minuses and it has definitely been good for retention. I certainly commend them for it and give it a recommendation, which is rare for me.

since it's a third party product with content hosted on their servers how do you track what your members are downloading off adultcentro?

we pass all statistics that is being collected from our CDN provider over to our clients, so they stay in full control. We run additional scripts that allow to limit amount of devices that can be used at a time to access your members area + alerts and restrictions per user or site

they cannot, we allow them (to be exact we allow our clients to enable this option) to download generated formats only (not actual disk image).

question for people leasing adultcentro - on average, how much per member are you being charged? for sites using it as bonus content i'm sure it's a lot less - more interested in how much per member it's costing when you run a seperate paysite using adultcentro.

I'd second that. Easy guys to deal with. On top of things when things happen. We're still actually working out one issue that we're having and they're on top of it.
