They also pulled some sorta monkey or ape thing outta the Fraser cannon in BC in the late 1800's , probably just a loose circus animal like what I think is in Florida that everyone see's.

Thats not the same, something like bigfoot has existed, My point was how ever unlikly, just to deny it outright is (IMO) just as bad as fully beleaving in it.

There are quite a few creatures in the recent fossil record that match these descriptions.

Our ideas about bigfoot clearly differ, if something like this was to be still around, it would be a realitive of Gigantopithecus or Gigantopithecus it self. It was only in the 50's we discovered the Gorilla's in Africa which were part of a very similar legend to what we are speaking of now.
