He has a design studio website. But hired my studio to do a job for his client. So basically he is outsourcing. He took the clients money and had my studio do the job but didn't pay my studio in full after the client has already paid and the clients order was sent to him.

When someone requests to be paid VIA Western Union. Make sure you know the person you are doing business with well before you send him or her the money because there is nothing you can do legal wise.

I have 100% trust with my employees who work in either one of my studios. I have 2.. One in Philippines and one in India. In this transaction it was my Philippine Studio.

Payment was susposed to be sent to my studio ( either myself or one of the employees ). Designer and programmer would have most likely had the Western Union sent to me and i pay them to avoid confusion on record keeping.. INSTEAD: LIQUIDER was sent the Western Union by the client.. Scamming both client and my studio. But since we are the design studio we are forced to deliver the order to the client because he already paid.

It's clear that LIQUIDER is a pro at Western Union... LIQUIDER stiffed my employees. There was 100% no company profit here because " in my opinion" all design studios should work together. You can't find a better deal in design and programming other than what we offer.. I'm happy with the payment or simple justice. And to make it clear i run Chat Traffic. They are not scamming minions. Scamming minions are credit card frauders with 100% fraud and chargebacks.
