Do they have an api?

I havent done any wp stuff with real estate, but i wrote a script for someone to track listings price changes, they would add a property say when it went on the market, and each day it would check the price, and graph out the timeline of change, also could grab properties by region and do the same.

You need to get an IDX feed to do this then it's really simple to setup a site, take about two minutes and some really great themes that work with various providers.

Yeah, never ever use "free themes", they are free for a reason like iwantchixx pointed out. Stick with buying your themes. It's only $25-150 at the most per theme
