Anyone familiar with netbilling?

Looking to setup a login form on a page, instead of using the basic pop-up login box. I'm not too sure how to do this to be honest.

Emailed them earlier, but haven't received a response yet, so figured I'd ask here if anyone has any clue.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
