Not really a UK term. "Mate" however is a term that is commonly used. So something like..."how you doing mate?" or "alright mate"

Thank you for the input, trying to come up with a few domain names.

This is the part I hate about working online, trying to come up with a good domain/brand - makes me pull my hair out in frustration!
