It doesn't say what he said, but I'm guessing it wasn't "art", as you put it, even under the most loose definition of the word.
Quite obviously writing something offensive, or any other non-violent crime in my opinion, does not deserve a prison sentence. |

wtf - i don't care how vile the comments he posted are it's outrageous that it's a crime and he's going to jail. what law was he charged with breaking? free speech isn't an absolute right, you can't yell fire in a theater, some countries have laws against hate speech with targets ethnic/racial groups, you can't utter physical threats - but making vile sick comments about a crime?
