I am sure I can sue them - They put me through this shit last month and because of an 'error' they do it again!!

OK - I had a bit of a meltdown a few months ago as some may remember - I ended up on the loony tune ward at the local hospital for a few weeks.

While I was there I had a bad night and pushed a cleaner - It was his first day on the ward and his last, he has been off 'sick' on full pay since.

He is suing the hospital.

2 nurses/witnesses have come forward at my request and have written accounts that I could not have caused the injuries that he alleges.

His name is (something) Mahhamed....

I try not to hate but sometimes its hard.

I believe this is his way of saying there is a particular battery incident that has caused him to have additional legal implications for which he is being charged with in addition to that possibly? You are close - They arrested me after I was home both times - It was a clerical error of some sort.
