Twitter trademark problem help needed

Hi guys,

maybe somebody of you has an idea how to handle a problem with Twitter.
The name of our affiliateprogram is already registered on Twitter. Unfortunately not by a representative of our company. Twitter offers a special online form for problems like this. I sent them everything they ask for in this form including a scan that we are owner of the trademark. No reaction, only a standart mail we take care about this. After a few weeks without reaction I replied on this mail and also twitter to their support (they have no real support )
So our name is still in possession of the other person and this sucks
If somebody has an idea to speed up this thing it would be really great.

Greatings from Prague to the rest of the world

Try sending registered/certified mail attention legal
may not get a response, but worth a try

I bought a domain and the twitter account was taken, but not currently being used so I emailed them and a few days later it was mine, didn't have to send them any documents or anything. I have never really had issues getting things taken care of on twitter.

Twitter is the worst for these types of claims. The best way to protect yourself is to get a registered trademark, as Twitter does not recognize common law trademark rights. Instead, you have to submit an "impersonation claim," which is a joke. I've brought this to the attention of their legal department, but it appears that they don't plan to do anything about, which subjects them to the potential for secondary liability claims, such as vicarious liability and contributory trademark infringement.
