With RIPE (responsible for EU) you can only request one final /22 (1024 ips) at this point, even if you can vouch for more ips, you simple ain't gonna get them.

What if a new customer is coming to you saying he want`s to host with you?
Do you have an ip for him? Or did you ran out of ipv4`s?

We have plenty IPs available but we don't do virtual hosting, only dedicated servers and up so I am afraid i can't really help you out

The only one I know who does virtual hosting with a lot of IPs is baddog
