The value of type-in domains has to be close to zero now.
I tried to buy cum.com way back in the day and left a ton of money on the table. I see that now it is off line. The days of a guy getting his first computer and typing something.com are over I bet. Ok they have been over for a while but the value has to be gone finally too.

Type in domains have huge value, parked pages not so much.
