Just to clarify, whoever has other suggestions to make the above better/more effective, ideas on how to promote it to consumers or people from our industry please feel free to share ideas, promo tools,content, whatever we can and we will keep updating the first post with new tools and promo material. Wouldn't it be an idea to do Facebook advertising? Facebook enables you to set criteria for the audience in great detail. You could run it for all males (and females) in California who are old enough to vote etc. Even on interests and likes, pretty sure you can target guys who like pornstars. I'm not sure if there is any room left in the donation budget but this would be a great way of reaching the people, very effective !

Or possibly create a contest of Facebook for guys to get the word out and throw in a meet and greet with a pornstar, should certainly get guys buzzing about it...

It may expand, but passing it in California doesn't guarantee a nationwide assault. And it's not even all of Califonia. LA is were the porn industry is so it is natural that LA is where this happens. The industry is not in Dayton, Ohio or Chicago, Illinois. Sure, it's growing in Florida, and maybe that will be the next state, but everyone seems to forget that it's illegal to make porn in almost every state already. So adding a condom law to states where making porn is already illegal is a moot point. If you're going to make illegal porn, you're not going to care about a condom law.

It took them almost a decade to get this far just in LA, so pushing it elsewhere isn't going to be a quick process. Most everyone opposed to Measure B will be out of business by the time it spreads anywhere else, if it even goes that far.

Because NOTHING in law or government is "easily" done. Maybe it is in Greece or wherever the hell all you guys come from, but not in the USA. It's a slow process. Did you forget how long it has taken them to get this far? And it's still not passed yet.

Like I said above, it's already illegal to make porn in almost every state in the entire country, so how does adding a condom law change anything? People are going to make whatever porn they want to make. What happens to you guys in LA is your problem. Those who have been working outside the law will continue to do so, with or without a condom law. That is a fact.
