I tried to contact support but no email from them yet, my two domains are redirecting to xxxindonesia(net)

I've searched for your mail and actually found it. You were using a subdomain, like I said in my mail subdomains aren't supported yet. But this will be updated soon. If you have a domain name and trying to setup this, please mail me again so I can help you with this.
