I hated Pink Floyd back in this era...

It sounded like background music to a really bad movie. I have friends who absolutely loved it. They all were on drugs 24/7 and most still are. Some went on to create bands with repetitious base cords...

most of their stuff from that era wasn't like that though. listen to piper at the gates of dawn, interstellar encore might is the only song they did at that time that was like that.
