After winning the fattest webmaster on GFY, I had moment of clarity. I have a young wife(16 yrs younger than me). Its getting carried away, now I read that goals are best kept when they are announced. So I am annoucing by the time of Internext in August ( we are attending ) I will lose 120 lbs.

Dude, at your weight, a wrong diet or too much exercise can kill ya. Literally. Consult a physician or dietist first, and find out what they have to say about how you should do it and how much you can lose.

I lost 60 pounds in 4 months over last summer, used to be 260. Hydroxycut is the shiznit.

The problem is you didn't put it up. What you are linking to is on your harddrive. Now, other people have other harddrives, and therefore most likely won't have your picture in their "My documents" folder.

Low fat has worked better for me in the past. Just as long as you get a *normal* amount of *complex* carbohydrates, they're good for you. Just don't eat simple carbohydrates like sugar, white bread, pasta, etc. Instead, try fiber-rich stuff without sugar.
