Don't use a Sarah Blake promo content!

Recently the Google DMCA team blocked my page about "Sarah Blake", because they have right for her content:

Quote:
Client Name : Sarah Blake Inc.
Client Address : 15500 SW Jay St. #60430, Beaverton, OR 97006-6018
Client Phone : 916.244.2364
Client WebSite : http://www.sarahblake.com/
Client Email : [email protected]

Proof of Representation and Designation of Agent by Client :
http://www.sarahblake.com/SarahBlake.A1.pdf
I linked to content from KarupsHa.com and EvilAngel.com

I advise all affiliate programs to remove her content from their programs. You guys lost the sales and partners due to the actions from her side.

BTW, Google linked to pirated content with Sarah Blake:
https://www.google.com/search?q=sara...12 80&bih=929

But they don't remove their page!

Wow, that's really fucked up if they did that on purpose :/

Just checked the google results and our affiliate sites promoting her show up fine. Also checked some of the DMCA reports and I saw only filesharers, well known infringing tube sites and sharing forums, but they obviously filed a lot of DMCA notices and I only checked the first few that showed up.

Have you contacted them?

I wonder if they are using an automatic DMCA sending service?

Seen many false positives like this when you rely on a computer programme to send out DMCAs...

I hope not "all" of her stuff is getting that, in particular, my own shoots with her that I have in my sites, or it's promotional materials.
:P

What part of it don't you understand?

I am saying that I am not surprised a website employing people that use a piece of software to send out DMCAs have made a false positive. A false positive is when something is incorrectly called 'wrong'.

Me not understanding something and you not making sense are two entirely separate issues. You'll have false positives with most types of automation (see spam filters, anti-virus, etc.). You use software based on their perceived value in time and resources.

There are a lot of pirates that need dmca'd so instead of doing things manually, some people may opt to use automated tools to achieve their objectives.

What part exactly do you think I did not understand?

Perhaps the OP might consider filing a counter notice

http://support.google.com/bin/reques..._counternotice

mistakes happen, there are procedures in place to follow when they do.
