The goal, Pink Visual counsel says, is to capitalize on the mass web traffic it creates.
thru a chain of coincidences gotys and this lawsuit came up for me several times the last few days - heard some odd gossip about it. I did a search here for his nick and this was the most recent post referring to him, so instead of starting a thread, I am hijacking mutts thread.

Sounds about right for the Pink Visual crew. They'll settle out of court and get some banner or mobile traffic and think they showed cliphunter who's boss.
