i don't normally train with headphones, too distracting plus most races don't even allow them anymore, but I don't know what it is about techno that really works for cardio workouts but it really does help. I hate that shit in any other circumstances though hehe

Pardo, that stuff isn't bad.. plus it has instruments so that makes me feel better about myself.. ;)
