Few years ago I heard that Choopa had super fast servers
Can you update list and recommend hosting company in 2013 ? I meanc Company who offer dedicated servers with unlimited 100mbit

mojohost dedicated is fast (I use also their sendfaster thing, cost extra but works).
However consider that depending by ISP, always you get that a guy gets slower here and faster here, or euro vs USA guys, ideally should use CDN's but don't think that's the final solution (the CDN).
