BIZ: Quick Question regarding New Sensations check...
Found a small check from New Sensations I had missed - Its only for $112.32
However, its from August last year...  Normally, checks say 'Expires in 90 days' or similar - But this one doesn't.... Good to put in bank or should I hit up NS for a re-issue? TIA  |

I think people in bank once told me check is good for 6 months but yeah sometimes there is 90days void info on checks... who the fuck will know

The fee to reissue it might be half the check. Some companies charge and others don't.
I'd just deposit it. |

When a company prints "void after 90 days" on a cheque, that is actually not legally binding.

US checks by default are good for 6 months. After that, they become "stale dated" and cannot be deposited or cashed.
