It's the only SEO plugin that I've found that lets you define custom settings for individual pages that are notorious for creating loads of duplicate content such as category pages, tag pages, archive pages, date pages and paginated pages. You can use it to set index rules and canonicals which when paired with sitemaps can eliminate nearly all dupe content probs in WP.

Adrian, thank you. I have heard of Yoast but will finally take a look.
And yes... anything SEO that you think is helpful, but also looking for cool plugins that can help save time etc.
