services like the one you posted worked great years ago. Google has wised up to these and in most cases it will hurt your site more than it helps. I hate to be the guy that says it but do natural backlink building, quality trades and make sure your site is seo'd correctly.
in the seo world, if it looks too good to be true, it is...
