Adobe Flash Pro from CS6 has the option to export your creations in HTML5/CSS3 output. ;)

Not really. Many media players (not JUST standalone swf or flash players) will play flash files.

well irfanview can play flash files. But in this case, flash is still useful for something that you can't do well with html5.
