Reservoir Dogs is simply great because it was done on almost no budget by a newbie (at that time)

i haven't seen inglorious basterds yet, not up for all that violence. maybe one day. i'm on yet another big ww2 focus on docs and movies these days

He wrote it I think (and starred in it), but Robert Rodriguez directed it.

Not saying it isn't great, but if you watch Watch "City on Fire" a HK cinema flick, you will see at least one of the movies from which QT lifted a few ideas for Reservoir Dogs...

I still haven't seen Jackie Brown or Inglourious Bastards. I liked all his others though.. Django was funny as hell.
