Harley, the model from harleyspencer.com, made the decision not to do video fully aware of the consequences of her decision. Minus video, it still has solid photo content and is a good site, and the pricing is lower because of the lack of video. It is a good base to build on, we are working on a second solo site with a full 360 approach (aka video and member cam shows).

Thanks to the couple of you that signed up to promote Harley. I know that someone had mentioned building custom galleries, you can expect to receive an email with some pre-built FHG's shortly. Even if you do not want to use them you can use the content from them to build your own galleries.

HarleySpencer.com is converting 1/1000 with a small traffic sample (about 2000 hits so far). Obviously you can do the math and figure out exactly how many members that is. Could be better, but could also be worse. With a bigger traffic sample size over the next few months we will see what happens to the conversion rate.
