1. I still should have found the time to take care of it
2. having an ill family member and trying to do what you can to help drains you. I've never had problems with Web Air. I'm 6+ years with them. If there were issues they all got fixed quickly. For example HD died once and it was replaced within 15 minutes and all data restored. But this could happen with any company right? I've been with 3 other companies and Web Air has been the best one. I'm not paid or anything to post it here.
