how to see whois email for co.uk domain?

I want to contact domain owner but no whois is showing email addy.
Is this the rule that registrars do not display co.uk domains' admin emails for public (unlike with .com names)?

ps: they also display only first name, no last name. Is it also .co.uk specific rule?

for the email, yes. for the name, no. you never know though, i had someone contact me for a co.uk domain by emailing [email protected]. doubt it works with most registrars though.

By the ways speaking about emails - did godaddy stop displaying .com emails as well?
When I look at my godaddy names through whois.sc they do not display my email (unlike namecheap)

i don't know why but for some reason some domains only show the registrants name and the nameservers, other domains show all info on whois.sc. however, some whois places are completely blocked from viewing godaddy whois.

.co.uk you can tick a box to say you are a non trading individual and opt out of detailed whois so all it shows is the name it was registered to.
