How long usally does it take from issued to delivery, i lost my wallet and need to get all my cards replaced.

Hey fris,

First, you need to cancel the lost card. Please do so by logging in to your account and opening a ticket in the Message Center explaining what happened, and that you'd like a new card to be issued.

Once the request has been accepted for a new card, then it goes to the printers and that takes about 7-10 days on average. Shipping the card to North America usually takes 1-2 weeks for regular delivery. So realistically you'd likely have your new card about 3-4 weeks after you request it.

In the meantime, don't forget we have multiple withdrawal methods - wire, check, EFT/ACH, and to an external CC. Let me know if you require any assistance.

I would have figured being in Canada like Paxum, would have it to you quicker.
