What is the exact definition of a beard?

If someone says to me, "Ahh, you are growing a beard" - 5 days
If they say, "Hey that beard looks good on you!" - 10 days

I'm at day 12, going for the Lincoln look while the girls are still hot on him.

Mine grows crazy fast - I have stubble just a few hours after a close shave.

2 days to get to George Micheal circa 1988 - 4 days and I have what you would class as a 'proper beard'.

hmm .... i've heard laser doesn't even work that great on much finer weaker hair than male facial hair. most people say it somewhat reduced their hair and it took months and months and they finally decided it was a waste of money and gave up.

I shave once a month.. from stubble to full on bin-laden. then crop if off to grade 1 and start again. It's like a brillopad. Cat likes it though, she chews it.

I get a 5 o clock shadow in evening if I shave in morning. Now I have been sporting the beard for a while and to grow nice and thick took me 30 days and now I use trimmer 1-2 a week to keep it clean.
