I would say that you need to game these girls up, a bit. Let them know how to spot scams and abusers, so they are prepared and make smarter decisions. They say "there's a sucker born every minute" and you can double that, for naive cam girls. Knowledge is power, bro.

The top rated girls have been there for a long time. There is a camscore that favours girls who are on very frequently and make a certain amount (a lot) per hour. I like the site too and find it a lot of fun to watch the good ones come up with more and more clever ways to shake tokens out of the room. I also like how girls are free to do (or not do) just about whatever they want and how they can make just about any business deal they want as long as it is in tokens.

For an experienced cam girl who likes to schmooze and chat it is probably the best one if they want to put in the hours. I would not send a green girl there tho. I've seen so many average girls on MFC who can pull very good money daily cause they know how to attract, keep and work visitors in their room. Then I see gorgeous girls not even in the top 100 who just sit there doing nothing hour after hour with only 20 guys in their room and after a few months they disappear.

I realize this goes on at every cam site, but MFC's setup seems to allow the average girl with great personality and a marketing gimmick to really flourish whereas she might might struggle at one of the traditional ppv cam sites.

I saw some of those gorgeous girls you mention lying around, half-asleep. As a customer, I would much rather go for the average girl who's really showing passion for what she's doing than the perfect 10 who thinks she should be handed money just for looking good.

I've spent time at MFC learning how to promote webcam sponsors from the girls. If you watch what the customers are tipping for and are excited about you can customize that into incredible performing affiliate promotions.

I'm still amazed at some of the originality and professionalism the girls display. They really make it look easy.
