I believe it's a law in Russia to have cameras in cars for insurance purposes, PBBC lawyers covered this in their latest legal press release.

LOL from what I have heard people talk about in Russia the person who gets hit by a car seems to always bank and the driver gets fucked so a lot of people put these cams in their cars because people set it up and get run over to make money at the cost of the driver. They are just protecting their ass from these fakers/scammers

I have a friend going there in June and was invited. Pretty glad I declined. HE had pointed out that Rio in Brazil is very nice compared to where he grew up.
