Thats funny, since its been around longer then you have been alive as well. I am not exactly sure how that makes sense. I guess you werent folowwing the conversation. Thanks for the info. I know he did not write the story, but he did procide the translation. I dont think this article was written in English, Germans speak better english then the way this is written.

LLC's are much easier to deal with from a tax-preparation standpoint.

It used to be you had to be a corporation in order to separate yourself from your business for liability purposes.

I believe those same protections also exist now, via an LLC (limited liability company), so it is probably the best small business classification.

I am currently a C corp, but I may switch over to an LLC myself, as my accountant suggests (no need for an annual corporate return, etc).
