I dont play games much. Just basically when i need to tune out or need a distraction. A guy who works for me told me about Battlefield 3, how it was better than COD etc and showed me it on his computer and i went and bought that day. It's a pretty surreal experience on a big tv with good sound. Definitely cool to have all the vehicles. Pretty amazing game. Will be interesting to see Battlefield 4 for sure.

best thing i ever did was stop playing that game...

i think i put 3,000 hours into battlefield 1942 and its mods and battlefield vietnam before i had to quit cold turkey

3,000 hours damn... I think the campaign only lasts 10 hours or so and that's once a year for me when a new game comes out

Looks really good, but then so did the last one.

I'm sick to death of Call of Duty now. Unless they make major changes for the next version whether it's on PS3 or P34, i will have bought my last COD game...

I have always enjoyed the battlefield franchise, from the first one up to the latest one. Don't have a lot of time to play, but I do enjoy kicking ass a few hours a month.

This one looks awesome indeed!!

I am looking forward to it getting released, but it looks more like Battlefield 3.5 not 4! They didn't fix all the crap in 3 and then decided to just go ahead and focus more on development on number 4.

Nothing better than jumping on voice chat with about four friends and getting in a squad. It increases the game play 10 fold, especially in the helicopter, when you can synchronize flares and set up TV guided missiles.

The close quarter combat is fun, but dulls the game out. The larger maps, with aerial vehicles are the best. In my opinion.

I hope they will do something about ingame voice communication. BF2 had it and it was handy. BF3 has no built in voice communication and no commander...sometimes it is one big mess.

They do need to gimp the jets, those things are almost impossible to take down if the pilot is halfway decent and they fly way to slow = OP.

Unless they changed that in the last couple of months, don't play much these days.
