The most important thing to me would be complete liability for a Non-compete clause. We tried a service like this years ago and caught them red-handed trying to sell our members into other sites.

I agree with you. A non competition clause is very important, and is standard in our contracts with our clients. We often have several clients in the same type of business, and go to great lengths to protect the confidential and proprietary information of each of them. Not to mention, we practice what we preach. Our expertise is to keep our clients customers happy, but our clients are our customers, and we go to great lengths to keep each of them happy as well.

A legit company of course would have a non comp and I'm sure they would also expect you to seed accounts in the system to check for any monkey business. You won't have any issues with adultsupportsystems, they are legit.
