Can anybody give me some answers?..because I can't find some good related informations about this...that is why I wrote that title for this thread

please

1. What I need to do so I will not violate copyright for porn movies?
2. What I have to do if someone makes a complaint for one of my hosted movies and how I can be sure he is the owner of the movie or how can I check if he has the right to do that ? ..and how can I protect myself from that? is it enough if I just remove the video?

If you have not licensed the rights to the movie then you cannot host it, it's that simple.

I think you answered your own question with your subject. And exactly when did you think because you hosted said video you can call it "my videos"?
You can protect yourself in one of two ways, you can have billions in the bank to fight off lawsuits or you can stop stealing other peoples work.

no...just short movies...like trials...I want in the future to have something like a Premium category with full lenght videos..but why are asking?

if the last part of your message is related to this post, I'm still working on my English...if it is related to the movie titles on my website...I don't have enough time to change them all...and that is how I grab the videos from other websites....
