Well here's the thing: buying 'traffic' (pop-unders, skimmed, etc) IS a waste of time and money when it comes to throwing that shit traffic at paysites. Remember, it's not a cam or dating sale which could net you a nice profit. Monies are 'fixed' wth paysites (the join price) so the traffic has to REALLY convert (better than with cams/dating) and it just doesn't.

Now, there's a world of difference between 'buying traffic' and 'media buys'. Media buys I would recommend. NTV ads (Next To Video) were always the best for me. But there too, it will take time (and lots of money) to find the right sites/places to post those ads. But once found it can be profitable.

Let me give you an example of why your site design is poor.

Porn Land Videos

Index page. Just text. No pics. Very very very very basic. Also very hard for me to read (dark red on black).

Tour page.

No vid samples that I can see? Yey is a vid site?

It should have a few secs of vid from each film (say in flash) for me to see what your content is like and make me want to see more.




I pressed on the thumb as it says 'download this film'. At very least I would expect to be taken to the sign up page, or better still a page where there is a sample from the film plus a few pics from the film.

It seems to only have one tour page.

Also is the content exclusive (did you shoot it)? If so, make a huge point of that. Its one of the big selling points is that you shot it and its exclusive.

Well let's look at the pure mathematics then. Total value of a Member is (for this discussion) let's say $100 (initial join + 2-3 months rebills).

So that means I must spend LESS than $100 on traffic in order to be profitable. Now, to get a member would take (depending on the site, etc etc) 1000 hits. But since this is paid traffic let's quadruple it and say 4000 hits.

NOW the big question: can I get 4000 QUALITY unique visitors to my paysite for $50? Or $70? Or $90? Anymore than that cost and it's not profitable....

So there you go. A NTV ad MAY get you those hits and be worth something (maybe) but I bet it may cost more than $90 to do so. But I can tell you spending $90 on any other kind of traffic is like lighting dollar bills on fire. At least with that you get a fire show. LOL

And that's for ONE Member. Multiply that by 10.....you get the idea.

Do that before you do anything or you will be wasting your cash.

Next, set up a twitter account and get people to follow you.

One suggestion if I was you is keep things simple. Rather than the 3/4 sites, combine them into 1 and use the 'mvg' brand in the domain name.

Your better to spend a bit of cash on one site design than spread the cash over 3 sites and get much poorer looking sites.

While you may think people will rather join 1 site and access the others is a better selling point, in truth 1 very good looking site will do wonders. If you are after doing starlight sites, do them for popular models. Ie, if you have a model you shoot who is popular, just do a site dedicated to her and as such more content.

Your also using NATS. This can end up being a vanity system unless you are careful. It could end up being an expensive bill each month unless you have enough affiliates and use it to its best.

Many big sites just use the ccbill affiliate side for ease. Plus affiliates find promoting ccbill direct something they are happy with. So while you may think using Nats makes you look like a big player, it may not be the tool for you.
