Read the article. It's all about solving violent crimes. Which in the end is what criminals DON'T want.

"NRA lobbying it's more difficult to trace weapons and gunpowder after a crime has been committed? "

No new laws have been passed making anything harder to do. Any lobbying is to keep things as they are. Don't change facts.

How can you comment intelligently on a posted article you obviously haven't read? Would it kill you to actually read it first, instead of just coming here to fight with me?

The point is you are drinking the koolaid down. It ties directly to your assertion that law enforcement needs more "help" to throw people in jail.

We live in a country that imprisons it's citizens more than any nation in history.

Both Neo-Cons and Faux-Liberals both share one thing: Give the govt. more control over it's citizens.

Great countries that ban guns : )

German gun restriction laws in the 1919-1928 period, "Within a decade, Germany had gone from a brutal firearms seizure policy which, in times of unrest, entailed selective yet immediate execution for mere possession of a firearm, to a modern, comprehensive gun control law.

People's Republic of China is heavily regulated by law. Generally, private citizens are not allowed to possess guns.

Here is the BEST ONe
Mexico has strict gun laws. Mexican citizens and legal residents may purchase new non-military firearms for self-protection or hunting only after receiving approval of a petition to the Defense Ministry, which performs extensive background checks.

Its works for MEXICO. huuuuuuuuuu

vegasbobby, I think gun laws COULD work here in the U.S. IF the Congress would simply repeal the 2nd amendment.

Other than that...all gun laws are restrictive of our constitutional rights.

And even though guys like GrantMercury can't seem to give up their rights fast enough, there are still the majority of people who believe in the freedoms this country was founded on.

I'm not "pro-gun" or "anti-gun". I just think that IF we as a society choose to disarm ourselves, then the only way to do that is to repeal the second amendment.

When Congress amended the Constitution to create Prohibition (the 18th amendment), they repealed it by creating the 21st amendment (which repealed the 18th)

But all those politicians that GrantMercury loves who shout to the heavens about doing "something" about gun violence are all putting on a show. They have the power to do it right now. But they have no intentions of doing anything. It's all politics.

And sheep like GrantMercury eat it up. He's such an ignorant tool...

Not only that...but our band used to do pyro onstage. We would buy gunpowder in different "colors" and types to give a controlled height and visual.

Fucking GrantMercury just wants the govt. to have control over everyone and everything.

You did, you said "the NRA has made it harder to trace guns" through their lobbing efforts.

Or ... did you mean to say the NRA is opposed to changing existing laws. Big fucking difference but one is meant to inflame and distort the truth. Like most of your sermon type posts.

When we were kids we would take firecrackers apart (like the Boston bombers) put a big pile of powder with a large rock, wrap tightly in foil and heave it against a wall or into the air in a parking lot. Damn thing would go off like a grenade. I guess now Grantmercury would label me a terrorist and trace the firecrackers to Crazy-Sams roadside fireworks stand.

Thanks Rob, Think about it like this.

You can blame the "CAR", for the Drunk Driver. Or the "Pressure Cooker" for the Bomber.
or the "Gun" for the gunman.

But if you remove the tool. They will look for a new way. You need to face down the bad guy to stop them. And make them never want to try.

Its funny, when socialists run the country they want to ban guns, raise taxes, take your freedoms and businesses. and you let them.

Wow, you have it all wrong, the NRA didn't lobby to make it harder for law enforcement to trace weapons and gun power, they lobbied to keep law enforcement from tagging everything related to guns. What a twisted way of looking at it.
Remember that at the beginnings of Obamacare, they wanted to do the same to people, but that got thrown out thank god.
Like it or not,l it's a constitutional right, recently backed up by the supreme court. But because of the actions of a very small amount people engaged in illegal activities, you're willing to change those rights?

think about that
