I wish CCBill would do payouts to epassporte.

Every affiliate program should offer this as a payout option.

----------------------------------

better you don't do (valid!) transactions...i received 4 times $300...lol
the person where i received it could only fill his own epassporteaccount with $300/day,thats the reason.
this person does maybe $10-$30k/month with his visa,he is from the US and a "top-webmaster".

PS:i can't loggin anymore in my account,so how can i verify anything? yesterday as i checked all was fine..

Doeser,

Contact me with your epassporte email address and I'll look into your account. Write to [email protected].

For the record, there is no limit to the amount of money that can be transferred into your epassporte account from any epassporte commercial account holder. All sponosr programs are commercial account holders so they can send you $500 or $500,000. Personal account holders have some restrictions on their account intially until some transaction history can be built.

X582 - The purpose of epassporte (for the webmaster community) is to provide a secure online payment instrument for moving money. Remember that epassporte is not even 2 months out since release and the Risk Management departments are looking very closely at tran activity. Holding $$ will kill the product if unjustified. PayPal gets away with it because they have no competion (or didn't until now ) .

Epassporte may be powered with Epoch technology, but it's built by webmaster input. It's a product FOR webmasters inspired by the needs, input, comments, and suggestions OF webmasters. I can certainly tell you that every reasonable suggestion is considered by the epassporte team (which consists of advisors all over the planet) and, that quick implementaion of good suggestions will be approved whenever possible. It was built for you.

Rand, I know CCBill, IBill, Globill, etc... are your competition in the processing industry, but you should really get them to do payouts to epassporte, that would be HUGE.

Actually I'm surprised you can get away with something like epassporte - it seems very easy to use as money laundering.

I open an epoch processing account, send all traffic through an afiiliate account with a bogus name, ask for a credit card with that bogus name on it, and get money from the atm's.

That is possible isn't it?

Brisk,

We are working with all of the other IPSP's who want to accept epassporte as a payment option. Primarily however, it will be the sponsor programs that will want to use epassporte for distribution of their affialte payments.

It only makes sense for everyone to get on board with this system and epassporte is not discriminating against any IPSP wishing to use the payment distribution system. Anyone wanting to do instant low cost global P2P's simply needs to get an epassporte commercial account and you can be up an running within a couple of days.

Epassporte technical offers three API's to commercial account holders which really make it nice and easy. The first one allows the commercial account holder to create virtual Visa accounts through the epassporte system. The second API allows commercial account holders to upgrade virtual accounts with a Visa Electron card. The third API facilitates the payment distribution to all epassporte account holders created by the commercial account holder.

Instant, very inexpensive, and global. Very very sweet.

Troels - You can not create an epassporte account without the "know your customer" rules in place. Personal account holders must fund their epassporte with a credit card. Commercial account holders must fund their commercial account with a wire transfer and must have a commercial account agreement with epassporte.

Online shopping is anonymous because the billing statment only appears online and surfers avoid having membership charges appear on their banks billing statment. But creation of accounts, even with a bogus name on the card, are not anonymous to the issuer. This "is" a Visa account, whether Virtual or Electron.

One other note... they are Epoch competitors.
They are not competitors of epassporte.
They are potential clients and beneficiaries of epassporte.

There is no cost to set up a commercial account.
Fees to transfer funds are much cheaper than PayPal -and- you can tranfer money gobally (instantly) unlike PayPal.
There is no charge to load a commercial account and no fee to receive money FROM any epassporte account.

I think someone malicious (a network of people) can create a bogus account. The problem would be funding that account anonymously. But anyway, that's not my concern.
I'd like to ask when sponsors not having an epassporte account can fund an epassporte account (of a person)? Now it can only be funded with your own cards or from another epassporte account. Thanks

Epassporte is great in my point of view, but the bad thing is, that it's used only by few sponsors. Flashcash, the one I'm using epassporte with, doesen't convert good last weeks. I will be very happy when others starts using it. For example, I would send almost all of my traffic to hawgscash, only if they will support epass payments.
The another problem is, that EP virtual visa isn't accepted at many places. It's almost impossible to buy content with it.
And Electron Card, charging $2 per transaction+fees to the ATM owner, looks little bit overpriced to me. When I'm using my bank's debet card in foreign country to take money out of ATM, it charges me about $1.80 incl. ATM owner fees.

Cashing a US check costs me about 15$ in fees so 2$+some is peanuts for me I'm happy with this...

Yup. This is a dream come true for foreign affiliates using U.S. sponsors.

I imagine that once all non-U.S. affiliates catch on to this that the sponsors paying out in epassporte will get all the foreign affiliates. EP solves a lot of issues for them.

Superweb:

When *Visa* started, 30 odd years ago, it was called BankAmericard. It had very limited acceptance (where you are able to pay using the card) and very low distribution to cardholders. epassporte builds its business on the Visa brand, so accptance is worldwide. Distribution is another story. epassporte is not even 2 months old. We will get there and we think very fast. Thanks for the kind words and any input is welcome.

Digimedia:

We won't discuss security issues here, but Mark from Flashcash was in our offices yesterday, as it happens, and he can give you date. We were not hacked or anything like that. Call Mark. You should be good to go very soon.

Epassporte is definetly an easy way to launder money from stolen CC's. You just make an account for each cc, transfer it to the one you have the card for. All you need is a drop or a PO box to get the card sent to.

I'd like to get paid on my epassporte card by sponsors not having an epassporte account, and for now that is not possible, when will this be available? Even as a wire transfer with wire fees, but to my epassporte card instead of my bank account.

Cash,

There are three ways to get $$ to your epassporte account.

Fund it by credit card (personal accounts)
Fund it by Wire Transfer (Commercial accounts)
Transfers from other epassporte accounts.

If you want to get paid on epassporte by a sponsor not yet using epassporte for payment distribution, tell your sponsor you would like to get paid on your epassporte account. Any sponsor, regardless of who they process with, can set up a commercial account with epassporte at no cost.

What you are asking is really a function/request of your sponsor.

It would be interesting to know what percentage of affiliates are non-U.S.

Anyone know what sponsor program has the most foreign affiliates?

Fund it by Wire Transfer (Commercial accounts)
Transfers from other epassporte accounts.

If you want to get paid on epassporte by a sponsor not yet using epassporte for payment distribution, tell your sponsor you would like to get paid on your epassporte account. Any sponsor, regardless of who they process with, can set up a commercial account with epassporte at no cost.
Rand - by your explanation above laundering funds seem very easy. By that I mean avoiding income taxes.
Someone opens an epoch processing account. Instead of sending their own traffic to the signup pages, they send it through a 100% reseller account with a bogus name.

They transfer the processed income to a epassporte account and pay each webmaster what is owed.

Voila - money in a epassporte account with a bogus name. All you really need is an address to get your card sent to you. And that can be done with an anonymous PO box.

Just FYI, JMScore is looking into incorporating epassporte into the Jumbo system (Jettis).

Sooo, CashQuest2 is hopefully on the 'coming soon' list with epassporte.

Digimedia,

Glad to help. The Risk Mgmt guys at epassporte are watching transactions very closely. They might err on the side of caution until more history is built, but it is all for the greater good and you can rest well knowing your account and funds are safe. As always, we encourage and support webmaster comments and input to develop this product to best suit the needs of the industry.
