Hate to ruin your party, but the term you looked in was broad and not exact. If you know SEO, you shouldn't put the 74K searches in, but the exact. It gets 91 searches per month
on the exact.

74 K people type females farting into google a month. Google actually tends to over-exaggerate figures, though, so it's probably more like 70K.

This term is the most popular term in the fart fetish niche. Trust me on that.

This is a dead easy domain to seo and profit from. No offense, but anyone who knows anything about IM knows that.

The site is a place holder site. It has no seo. All it is is wordpress theme thrown up and a blog post. This means the site is of absolutely zero relevance. Zero.

If you understand IM and SEO you will understand that with "some work" you can seo this site to position 1, page 1 for the primary and secondary search terms. Take a look at the competition and you'll also see how easy this would be.
