I'm using Google Analytics but notice that AWStats and GA have serious discrepancy. Also I was notice that in one period of day GA show different stats, first show that I was have 200UV daily after that for some short period it show that was 500UV and after that again show 200UV.

I would suggest that you take a look at Piwik. I personally use it as all data is privately owned.

i suggest everybody to stay away from piwik. i used it for 2 months and my site has hacked via piwik
