Mainstream site for sale, thinking about selling my baby - GoFuckYourself.com

hey guys,

my original baby, a site ive had for a little over a year and a half totally, totally mainstream, over 400,000 users with first name, lastname, city, state, and email address, with a current 500+ user signups per day or so. The site is totally, totally self contained, it hasnt been touched or modified, or promoted since January of last year, and made over $100,000 USD net last year alone (got all the stats). Costs nothing to host, not really in any search engines and I havent even paid to get it into Yahoo, which would really, really increase things even more, currently just a few link exchanges, partners, mainly word of mouth, etc.

It just quickly became one of my smaller projects and I simply let it sit, but it makes excellent money and let me pay cash for my M3 last summer as well as a lot of other things, it never has to be touched, managed, updated, and makes excellent, excellent money, nevermind if you actually promoted or worked with it a little.

I love the site, and as I said, its truely my baby, but I have too much to do, and so many other projects that I'd just be curious to see what people are willing to throw out for offers as a little extra quick cash right now before April would be really nice.

I have seen the site. I'm not posting the url because it isn't mine. How hard is it to ask? He was saying he doesn't have time to push it like it should be. It just sits and makes that money.

And whoever said you shouldn't worry about taxes if you made so much is crazy. The more you make the more fucked you can be come tax time.

I just got a chance to check out the site in question, it's nothing spectacular, but it is certainly a unique concepts. It is quite possible that the seller is making stated profits with very minimal effort.

for the alexa people:

if you click on the "see traffic details" you'll see that the traffic rating just a few months ago was right around 40,000 and was steady there for quite sometime (months and months), then slowly it declined as we completely forgot about the project, just a matter of weeks ago we spent a good few days re-building all partnerships, linkexchanges, deals, etc that we once had and the site traffic is now booming and increasing exponentially, as well as signups and as is revenue, right back to where it was at its peak.

but to answer all questions, and what really matters is i have over a year worth of stats, checks, invoices, you name it to show exactly what we do for traffic, signups, revenue for every single day over the course of the last year and a half or so i believe and the site makes excellent, excellent money, day after day, without being touched and i will gladly provide paperwork and stats to anyone interested...
