Philadelphia 2257 Case - Order Denying Summary Judgment
Judge Baylson's Order denying both motions for Summary Judgment - those from the Free Speech Coalition and the Department of Justice - in the pending Section 2257 case in Philadelphia. Trial will not be avoided.
