Dude, as I said in multiple other posts I'm against fluoride in the public water supply - in fact I actively campaigned against it recently when it was up for vote in my home city, probably did more than you keyboard warrior conspiracy folks in that regard.

A recently-published Harvard University meta-analysis funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has concluded that children who live in areas with highly fluoridated water have "significantly lower" IQ scores than those who live in low fluoride areas.

You're thinking about the wrong part of Florida. Where I live, we're known for having beautiful water. Go 30 minutes South, and not so much. We have a very expensive water filtration system just because I'm overly paranoid about water quality.
