I think it's sad people use those nasty words no matter what race.

But why should she be fired, when black people use that word in their social media all the time? Do black people get fired for using the word Craker? Nope. Caz when they say it, it's funny.

The double standard is getting out of hand.

Black Americans have a lot of power in this nation in regards to media, more than they know.

There are only 12% black people in America... but black media and entertainment are probably around 35%. Music and TV, even higher.

There is a 1/6 Mexican population in the US and if you turn on the TV, you'd never know it.

If somebody says "beaner" or wet back, they won't get fired. But boohooo, say the N word and it's ALL OVER.

Yes. 50,000,000 Mexicans. Amazing. Turn on TV and you see 1/4 black and many "black stations" and black sit coms..etc...
But hardly any latin based on the percentage of population vs. TV representation.

Black guilt is still highly present in our society. As long as they teach the horrible past about slavery to every generation, black people will always have a chip on their shoulder, and we will always feel guilty about it.

i was born and raised in pasadena, texas. i remember how big a deal it was when the first black family moved into the neighborhood.
