Which Best Web Page Editor These Days?
Best text and graphical web page editor?
WYSIWYG function. If it is free great but it needs to be good and up to date with latest HTML. Which is the best these days? |

Oh you mentioned you wanted HTML updates, too. They just released HTML 3.5615 but it isn't stock so you have to download separately or you'll be using HTML 3.5614

I do just about everything with WP these days - If I do need to do something from scratch I use Dreamweaver - Definitely not free though...

Well, for a basic webpage a good texteditor like PSPad or something and a browser to see the result is good enough.
For more complex stuff it's better to program something using a script language like PHP or as somebody said, take WordPress for example and just modify an existing theme/template to fulfill your needs.
